As a result of the night airstrike, 18 people were killed in Sumy, including children. 

A humanitarian corridor should be provided in the city today. The evacuation route will go through Sumy, Holubivka, Lokhvytsia, Lubny, and Poltava. Another humanitarian corridor is to be provided to deliver food and medicines to Sumy, with the following route: Lokhvytsia, Andriyashivka, Romny, Nedryhailiv, Sumy.

The enemy also bombed the city of Okhtyrka. Residential areas have been smashed, and the thermal power plant already destroyed by Russian bombs. 

More than 600,000 people were evacuated from Kharkiv by train, and the automobile roads to the exit were overloaded.
